John O’Brien (LICSW)

John is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in individual therapy for adolescents and adults. He specializes in psychotherapy treatments for depression, anxiety, grief and loss, anger and self-esteem concerns, and other adjustment problems. John has over 10 years of clinical practice in a variety of settings including a community mental health organization, crisis programs, emergency rooms, and has also had experience working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those on the Autism spectrum.

John is regularly available Monday-Thursday, but only available in Plymouth/Medina on Fridays. Please call if an appointment is needed within three days.

Viviane Zastrow (LICSW)

Viviane is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and issues relating to the aging process. She has over 30 years of experience working with individuals who have both an intellectual or developmental disability and a co-curring mental health diagnosis. Viviane also has extensive experience working with individuals who have Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.

Stephani Bruyer (MA, LP)

Stephani has more that 20 years of experience working with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities with co-curring mental health needs. Stephani worked for years in the Metro Crisis Coordination Program where she assessed and sucessfully intervened on a wide range of challenging behaviors. Her specific experience includes providing individual, group, and family therapies in addition to conducting functional, behavioral, psychological, and sexuality assessments.

Stephanie Morris (LICSW)

Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in short term, problem-solving therapeutic relationships. She partners with clients to dispel beliefs about themselves that have limited their ability to fully realize their goals. Stephanie looks at where clients are focusing their thoughts, how that may be having a negative impact on their mindset, and works to shift that mindset to be more confident and productive.

Elizabeth Senne (LICSW)

Elizabeth is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in individual and group therapy with adults of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and other mental health disorders. Elizabeth has experience providing psychotherapy for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other cognitive deficits. She also has experience working with individuals with newly acquired disabilities and chronic health conditions. Elizabeth has worked in the human services field for 20 years in a variety of roles, including direct care practice, residential program management, and county waiver case management services.

Brandon Johnson (LGSW)

Brandon Johnson is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker with over 15 years experience working in human services and a strong passion for helping people who are going through difficult times in their lives. Though his experience spans a wide range of ages and mental health concerns from adolescence to adulthood, he has a unique specialization in working with couples facing infertility and helping them cope with this unique kind of grief and loss that often goes undiscussed. During each session, Brandon takes a creative, relatable approach to walking alongside his clients on their journey.

Brandon is not accepting new patients at this time.

Meet Our Newest Addition: Maria Jacobs (MS, LPCC Eligible)

Maria (MS) is a Mental Health Counselor who works primarily with adults having feelings of depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, drug and alcohol abuse, anger management, communication difficulties, and crisis intervention. She has over 10 years experience including community mental health, in-home services, inpatient facilities, as well as in classroom settings. Maria’s experiences also include providing individual therapies in conducting functional, behavioral, and psychological assessments, and working with individuals managing intellectual disabilities.

Maria also provides support for clients with Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), an approach that focuses on changing a person’s present and future circumstances and goals, rather than focusing on past experiences.

Maria Jacobs (MS) is available for Mental Health Counseling sessions via Telehealth Monday through Friday by appointment.

Tara Stonesifer (LGSW) (She/Her/Hers)

Tara Stonesifer is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker with a graduate degree from St. Thomas Clinical Program in Social Work with a focus in CBT, DBT and Couples/Families. She has experience in providing psychotherapy to people with Mood/Psychotic Disorders in addition to experience serving people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. Tara adapts her therapeutic approach to each person depending on their personal goals, and focuses on empowerment and strength based perspectives. Tara takes a very kind and welcoming approach with clients of any age and a variety of mental health concerns. She is available for evening appointments via Telehealth.
